- Technical and theoretical manual (Handout) Manuela Shala method with detailed explanation of the maneuvers.
- 2-Day Course. Day 1: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM / Day 2: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM/3:30 PM
- During the course, the organization will offer a coffee break and lunch at times compatible with the teaching needs of the day.
