Two ways to enter. One method to continue.
BODY and FACE aren't the first and second levels. They're two distinct entry points into the Manuela Shala® Method. MASTER, on the other hand, comes after BODY and is dedicated to advanced training.
Enter the Method through bodywork.
A day of live training dedicated to BODY manual techniques: drainage, targeted work on specific areas, and the LinfoModellante® protocol. This is the perfect introduction for those who want to apply the Method to their bodywork.
Enter the Method through work on the face.
A day dedicated to facial massage and the Divine Face® protocol. This is a separate entry to the BODY program, designed for those who want to learn about the Method through facial work.
BODY teaches the standard. MASTER takes you deeper into the Method.
Two days of advanced training dedicated to those who have already completed BODY. Observation, adaptation, reasoning about treatment, and construction of the work become the focus of the advanced level.
